Your visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary begins with an exhibition on animal welfare. You will learn about the difficult lives of our rescued bears before they arrived at the Arosa Bear Sanctuary. The exhibition provides fascinating information about the bears' origins, their behavioral development in the natural landscape of Arosa, and much valuable knowledge about animal welfare. For children, the iPads featuring various short films about our bears are especially attractive. A large screen gives you a live view into the bear enclosures.
Afterwards, you will enter the platform and experience how the once severely behaviorally disturbed bears have developed in the Arosa Bear Sanctuary and learned natural behaviors.
