  • The Weisshorn bear symbolises strength and bravery and watches over Arosa.

  • Wish ribbons can be attached to the bear while making a wish. The ribbons are free of charge, but donations for their maintenance are welcome. The aim is to create a ‘bear skin’ from the ribbons over time.

  • Ribbons are available at the Weisshornbahn, on the summit of the Weisshorn, at Arosa Bärenland and at Arosa Tourism.

  • How to get there: Hike to the Weisshorn or take the Weisshornbahn to the summit. From there, it is only a few metres to the Weisshorn bear.
