Yesterday Sunday, the Arosa Bear Sanctuary vet took a blood sample from Napa. This was necessary due to the fact that Napa had a tremor after a long, very stable and enjoyable period of behaviour. The animal specialists hope that the blood test will provide valuable information about the effect of the medication that has been used for several months to treat the tremors in the lowest possible dose. Napa is currently remaining in the indoor enclosures of the Arosa Bear Sanctuary for observation. He rests a lot, drinks and eats regularly. As soon as the results of the examination are available and the vet has consulted with the FOUR PAWS bear specialists, we will inform you about the next steps. We wish Napa a good recovery.
