The Arosa Bearland is open daily from June 14 to October 19, 2025.
Exceptions are tours, which can be booked 365 days a year.
Summer
June 14 to October 19, 2025
Opening hours:
Daily from 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM (Note: last cable car descent is at 5:40 PM)
- Operating times of the Arosa-Weisshorn aerial cableway
- Adventure Trail, Bear School Playground, Bear Mini Golf, and the Bearland Experience Trail to Innerarosa are open.
Last round/issue of play equipment: Starts at 4:15 PM and must last no longer than 45 minutes. - Return of play equipment: 5:00 PM
Walking routes to Arosa Bearland:
- The Tasty Route: From the bus stop Prätschli, walk along the Ricola Experience Trail (Duration: approx. 30-40 minutes)
- The Adventurous Route: From the train station via Eichhörnliweg, Maran, and Prätschli (Duration: approx. 70-90 minutes)
- The Educational Route: Bearland Experience Trail from Innerarosa via Bergkirchli, Tschuggenhütte (Duration: approx. 40-50 minutes)
November peak
October 26 to November 24, 2025
Open:
Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- The Arosa-Weisshorn cable car is in operation on weekends, and the panoramic restaurant at the Weisshorn summit is open.
(For operating hours) - The adventure trail, Bear School playground, Bear mini-golf, and Bearland experience trail are open depending on the snow conditions.
Winter
December 5, 2024 - April 17, 2025
Open:
- Operation only on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- On all other days, private tours can be booked.
The Weisshornbahn cable car is in operation, and the Brüggerstuba mountain restaurant is open.
Eastern
18 April to 21 April 2025
Open:
- 10:00 am to 16:00 pm
- Easter surprise on Sunday, 20 April 2025
Ascent
29 May to 1 June 2025 from 10:00 am - 16:00 pm
- The Weisshorn cable car is in operation and the Brüggerstuba is open.
Whitsun

Wheelchair: The Arosa Bear Sanctuary is wheelchair accessible.
Dogs: On a leash, four-legged friends are welcome! (Except adventure path)
Tickets: Tickets can be booked on site or online. (Winter on site only)
